What is Sheet Metal Fabrication?

Sheet Metal Fabrication is the process of making metal structures from flat sheets of metal. It involves cutting, bending, forming, and assembling the metal. 

Integrus is capable of all types of sheet metal fabrication. Stainless steel, aluminum, galvanized, diamond plate, hot, and cold roll sheets are a few of the varieties of material we work with. 

We utilize machines such as the Press Brake and Punch.

Additionally, we will polish  metal surfaces to:

• Increase the surface durability by minimizing friction
• Achieve consistency across the surface
• Provide resistance to corrosion
• Achieve a desired aesthetic
