The Spice Bins (or Ingredient Bins) are designed to contain large bags of blossom, catfish, and critter (chicken tender) breading. The additional benefit of Spice Bins allow for more efficient cleaning of the kitchen work area. The newer models of the Spice Bins feature slots underneath to easily clean the Spice Bins themselves. Located on the front of the Spice Bin Cart are three (3) welded Scoop Holders.
Each bin is removable and feature two handles for easy lifting.
