The Plate Table
is used as a bread/bun workstation for toasting and prepping toasted bread products. The surface drop-off is designed as a platform for a commercial toaster with a butter wheel, such as a Star Bun Toaster. The recessed surface allows the toaster to be in line with the countertop.
